Pre-Event

From our very first conversation, I’ll deep dive with your team to understand your fundraising goals, your donor base and your cause. Our planning session will cover:

  • Storytelling for the live appeal

  • Running through the auction items

  • Event design and narrative that engages the room

  • Crafting your fund-a-need message

  • Donor engagement and activation

  • Introductions to auction platforms and consignment companies I often work with to get great items for auction

I can also promote your gala to my audience and create pre-event video content for your social media.

On the Night

On the big day, I bring my A-game as your auctioneer - facilitating the live auction and pledge drive with high energy, humour and a human-centric approach. Here’s what you can expect:
